Lisa Allen

I have been the NFCC Christian Education Director since 2007 when I moved to the Cape with my daughter, Amelia – now 16 – and my husband David. My past experience includes working as an outreach counselor and case manager as well as an interim lay Associate Minister and Director of Singles Ministry.

It is a privilege for me to share in the faith journeys of our children, youth and families as well as the entire congregation. It really is true that by teaching we learn and the wisdom of our children continues to educate me week after week.

I also enjoy singing, dancing, cooking, crafts and reading and have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to bring some of these passions to work with me.
