The Lunch Bunch (to resume Fall 2025)
Thursdays during the winter and spring months at 12 pm, anyone from the church or the community is welcome to join The Lunch Bunch. In the winter. hot soup is served to warm the body and soul. In the warmer weather folks are invited to bring a bagged lunch—we’ll provide the drinks. This is time of seeing old friends and making some new ones. Occasionally, we have speakers and do small service projects for the church. See you in the fall!

Chair Yoga Fridays at 10am (and Tuesdays beginning September 16)
We are excited to announce starting September 16, yoga classes will be held Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am. This program is so popular, we wanted to give more people a chance to attend. If you haven’t attended before, the first class is always free. Yoga is for everyone! As we age it’s so important to stretch and move. Also this is a great place to socialize! Viriam our instructor provides a caring environment with just the right amount of yoga techniques. You will come away feeling physically and mentally better so we hope to see you soon! Come and bring a friend it’s only $10 a class.

Lobster Rolls
Friday, September 19, 4-6 pm, pre-orders & takeout only. Lobster roll, chips & a cold drink $30.00. Please, pick up only 4-6 pm, no inside dining and they must be pre-ordered by Wednesday September 17! Reserve at: 508-564-5628 and leave your name, phone number & number of rolls. All proceeds are to benefit NFCC Community Outreach Assistance.
Helping Hands for N.F. Elementary School Teachers
Did you know that many teachers dig into their own pockets to provide essential supplies for their classrooms? So, let’s show our appreciation for these dedicated educators who go above and beyond for our children. Here are their needs:

- Paper towels

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod
Join them for their 8th Annual The Ride for Homes presented by KAM Appliances!Sunday, September 14, walk, run, or ride – all are welcome! The new Location: USCG Station Cape Cod, at the Sandwich Marina. Bike – 14, 20, or 50 miles you choose your route! Walk and run options are available too! All of this for an amazing cause! Beginning in October, please join them for Building on Faith Breakfasts. Learn about upcoming builds in Falmouth, Brewster, and Pocasset and how the Faith Community can be involved! Choose the date and location that works best for you: Wednesday, October at Cape Cod Faith Alliance in Brewster; Thursday, October 23 at Cape Cod Church in Falmouth; Tuesday, October 28 at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Barnstable; Thursday, October 30 at first Congregational Church of Falmouth. March Music Concert
What a wonderful afternoon filled with music for our mind and soul. Thanks to all of the talented people who gave their time to present a musical performance that was truly a delight. The concert was enjoyed by all. A big thank you to our amazing and talented Stephanie Miles for all of her work in putting this together. The audience loved it!
