Digital Navigator Training

Hello, my name is Natalie, the Project Manager for FCTV’s Digital Navigator Initiative.

A digital navigator is a guide that helps community members with technical challenges, like: how to use an iphone or a computer, how to use software like Word, how to recognize online scams, and how to go online and access community, health, educational, and other important resources. We have laptops available to loan out and can suggest affordable options for getting online. FCTV Digital Navigators offer group classes, but can also help one on one. We can meet you at your location or at FCTV in Falmouth. There are set office hours or we can meet at a time and day that is convenient for you.

To sign up for help, please use this link: https://fctv.org/dnparticipant/

If you have technical skills and would like to volunteer as a digital navigator, use this link: https://fctv.org/dnsignup/
