Soup After Friday Yoga

Starting this Friday, February 6th. You are invited to enjoy a warm bowl of soup after the 10 am class, or come at 11:15 am just to share some food and conversation with the group.

Chair Yoga Tuesdays & Fridays at 10am 

Yoga classes are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am. If you haven’t attended before, the first class is always free. Yoga is for everyone! As we age it’s so important to stretch and move. Also the yoga class is a great place to socialize! Viriam, our instructor provides a caring environment with just the right amount of yoga techniques. You will come away feeling physically and mentally better, so we hope to see you soon! Come and bring a friend it’s only $10 a class. Kay Clark

New Winter Coats

Many thanks to all who donated new children’s winter coats to the Falmouth Service Center.
